World Talent Selection is hiring Dutch speakers Talent for our prestigious client in Porto.


-> Description:


Market research shows that the store has been one of the most popular stores for Dutch-speaking customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

This appreciation reflects the continuous increase in the number of visitors as well as the many prices awarded to the store by the public.


-> Responsabilities:


  • Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
  • Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
  • Point of contact for external sellers;
  • Provide information about digital products;
  • Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments.

-> Profile:


  • Fluent in Dutch;
  • Great listening and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Aptitude for problemsolving;
  • Dynamism and team spirit;
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).

Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);


Offer:

Starting date : 10/07/2023_

  • Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
  • Initial training during 5 working days
  • Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Sunday between 7am to 11pm with 2 days off per week;
