We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join the team of our client - a reference company in the Consumer sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • Provide informatic support to several areas of the company;
  • Solve any occurrences regarding informatic equipment and/or software problems;
  • Ensure the good functionality of the company's infrastructure;
What is required from you?

  • An academic background in Informatics;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with direct and remote user contact;
  • Knowledge of System Administration will be valued;
  • Knowledge of IPs, Networks, Virtualization and Active Directory;
  • Knowledge of Hardware;
  • Experience with Contact Center support environments is a plus;
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships;
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
