We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join the team of our client - a reference company in the Consumer sector.
- Provide informatic support to several areas of the company;
- Solve any occurrences regarding informatic equipment and/or software problems;
- Ensure the good functionality of the company's infrastructure;
- An academic background in Informatics;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience with direct and remote user contact;
- Knowledge of System Administration will be valued;
- Knowledge of IPs, Networks, Virtualization and Active Directory;
- Knowledge of Hardware;
- Experience with Contact Center support environments is a plus;
- Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
