PandaDoc is looking for an
Accounts Receivable Analyst in our Portugal office.

This role will be a big part of our growing Accounting and Finance team and will be responsible for the day-to-day billing, provisioning, reporting and collection activities for Corporate Headquarters and reporting of these activities as part of the month end close process.

This position requires strong operational aptitude, accuracy, and attention.

In this role, you will:

Provision/bill customer accounts. This will require working with our billing system (Recurly) and CRM (Salesforce) to review contracts that are sold by our Sales team;
Assist in customer billing inquiries;
Monitor unpaid or disputed invoices and collaborate with the Sales, Support, Customer Success and Finance departments in order to resolve customer issues and correct billing errors;
Work with crossfunctional departments in order to facilitate a continuous process of improvement, timely invoicing and payments;
Reconcile accounts receivable between billing and accounting systems on a regular basis;

About you:

Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting, Economics, Finance or any other similar field;
2+ years of relevant experience doing billing and collections;
Resultoriented and highly process driven professional;
Proficient in working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel and you have experience in Salesforce (or other CRM), Recurly (or other billing/accounting systems);
Meticulous, detailoriented and accurate person. The position requires the ability to work independently within a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment;
HighlyGreatly developed time management and organizational skills;
Proficient in English both verbal and written;
Eager to learn new processes and systems and to improve your skills every day;
Cheerful, energetic teamplayer, ready to be a part of a team of Pandas

It would be nice if you had:

Proven experience in a tech business, startup or high-growing company;
Big4 experience;
Experience working for a SaaS startup company or experience with SaaS clients;
Basic knowledge of Revenue accounting, General Ledger;
Netsuite software previous experience and knowledge.
