Savills Portugal is currently undergoing a strong growth and intends to reinforce its team with the integration of an Administrative Assistant for its office in Lisbon, to support our Consultancy & Valuations Department.


Key tasks/ activities:


  • Administrative support to the Consultancy & Valuations Department;
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards;
  • Provide administrative support, namely database updates, preparation of presentations and assistance to commercial colleagues and department Directors;
  • Other tasks inherent to this position.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:


  • Previous experience in Real Estate will be valued;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Ease of interpersonal relationship;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and organization;
  • Good time management and prioritization skills; Good presentation skills.
