Tasks

In your day-to-day:

You will handle the collection of receivables by working closely with the customers and other finance teams
You will resolve cases of nonpayment (root cause analysis)
You will follow up on overdue invoices with customers, collection agencies and end consumers
You will manage customer relationships
You will regularly assess & review the credit risk of the customer
You will support the implementation of ongoing projects for Credit and Collections
You will ensure the lowest possible writeoff for uncollectible balances

Requirements:

You're the person we're looking for if:

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field
You're fluent in Italian and English
You have a good Financial Acumen
You have experience with SAP
You have experience in a Shared Service environment or similar
You're detailoriented and resultsdriven
You have great problemsolving and analytical skills
You have a University degree
You have a theoretical understanding of Credit and Collections
You're available to travel when requested
