Our client is a world's leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation.

About the project:

You will support German-speaking clients of the biggest
social media platform in the world.

Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to company's clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

What you will be doing:

Provide support to content creators both in
German and English;
Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience;
Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Requirements:

Fluency in German
(must be C2)
Communicative level of English language (B2+)

You live in Lisbon Portugal or you are ready to relocate there

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

What we offer:

Base salary: 1498 euros gross:

Accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted):

CONTRACT:

Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)

Private Health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance)

FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:

Airport pickup and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;
