Tasks

We are looking for an experienced IT cyber security SME to lead the Brazil IT separation from Coty.

As Cyber Security SME you will be responsible for cyber security area within the whole IT separation in relation to the overall Brazil separation program.

You will (not exhaustive):

Define, implement, and maintain program initiatives focusing on cyber security domain that adhere to the overall Brazil separation program and functional principles
Oversee multiple teams (incl. external partners as business partners), ensuring program goals are reached focusing on cyber security

This role requires the ability to execute hands-on activities (i.e. prepare and review documentation, perform options analysis...).

Counterpart to the Supplier for the delivery of required schedule and quality of all security components
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Provides briefings to CISO office regarding program activities.

Requirements:

Recent and extensive operational experience in a lead or senior analyst role (5 years minimum) delivering Cyber Security/Defence operations in a commercial environment.
Experience in largescale transition and/or transformation program
Worked on largescale, transformation projects with SAP, including complex integrations, ideally with legacy landscapes as well as full endtoend SAP environment
Relevant qualifications (egcomputer science or IT degree), industry certifications (eg CISM, CISSP, TOGAF, GIAC) and/or relevant industry experience;
Experience in shaping and driving the security design and deployment of major IT transformation programs from a cyber security perspective, including (but not limited to): network security architecture, desktop and server security architecture, cloud security and resilience architecture, threat and vulnerability management, centralised logging and threat correlation;
Experience in shaping and driving the security design and deployment of major transformation programs from a cyber security perspective.
Brings own personal experience/ insights leveraged from other companies/industries into the brand.
Is able to constructively challenge ways of working/solutions.
End to End lifecycle implementations (including business case vendor selection project scope design build test deploy hyper care
Business as Usual)
Ability to lead and influence business stakeholders as well as functional/technical IT people

- "Hands on" - ability to step in and execute critical work/ escalations if no one else can do so.

Strong experience in 3rd party management
Knowledge and understanding of local Brazil specifics (ie Tax and legal requirements)
Fluent in English, good knowledge of Portuguese
Results oriented with the ability to maintain focus on objectives in a multitask demanding environment.
