Statement of Work

Requirement Title:

Product Portfolio Manager

Requirements Description:

Duties & Role:

Based on information from Agency information systems and interviews with Academy Branches, develop:
Monthly Academy demand plan
Monthly Academy staff plan, including NATO International Civilian (NIC), Military (MIL), Interim Workforce Capacity (IWC) and Service Contractor staff
Monthly Academy expenditure plans, including External CIS funding (ECIS), Consultancy, Travel and Expenses (CTX) and investment (INV)
Develop and provide recommendations on balancing demand, revenue, resources and costs at Academy level and branch level on a monthly basis
Support Academy branch heads in executing their resource management roles in Service Now
Support Academy branches heads in checking and improving data hygiene in Service Now, the Enterprise Business Architecture (EBA) financial system and the Training Management System (TMS)

Requirements Description:

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

Experience with the NCI Agency implementations of Service Now and EBA
Mastering MS Excel and MS Power BI
Experience with support to business and financial management
A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years postrelated experience;
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Product Management, managing products and services in a customer facing role;
Strong analytical, business analysis, Power BI, and reporting skills
Understanding and experience in managing finance, budget and funding for products
Experience in managing Product Risk in multinational, complex organisations;
Selfstarter that thrives working on crossfunctional product teams and breaking through silos
Understands and owns principles human centered design and design thinking in their daily working
Experience with monitoring product success measures, KPIs, and OKRs
High customer centricity and customer focus, treating colleagues and collaborators as the center of success within the Product approach, helping the team to achieve their best
Strong communication skills in writing, speaking and presenting
Certified in Agile Product Management
