Responsibilities:
- Support with the creation and maintenance of training contents to WBS Stakeholders regarding WBS Accounting and Purchasing related processes;
- Plan, organize and deliver training modules to WBS Stakeholders;
- Identify endtoend training needs for WBS internal organization;
- Propose and develop training modules for WBS internal organization with an endtoend view;
- Support in conducting workshops to accommodate business needs in line with WBS Accounting and Purchasing related processes;
- Drive inputs from training sessions/workshops towards process experts for standardization and continuous improvement from an endtoend viewpoint;
- Support in closing information and knowledge gaps within and across Webasto teams and WBS Stakeholders impacted by WBS Accounting and Purchasing related processes.
Requirements:
- College degree (affinity with Management, Accounting, or Economics sciences is preferred);
- Minimum experience of 3 years in GBS/SSC environment;
- Experience in different SAP modules (FI, MM, SD);
- Good knowledge of procuretopayprocesses;
- Certificate or proven experience as a trainer is a plus;
- Advanced user of main MS Office 365 tools;
- Experience in working with collaborative digital solutions for workshop/training environments (e.g.,MIRO);
- Very good coordination and organizing skills;
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken);
- Very Good English skills in speaking and writing (written and spoken);
- Team player with an open mindset and customeroriented.
