    Corporate Functions is organised in several teams. You will lead the D team responsible for CRM implementations and Finance & Operations integrations.

    As an IT Delivery Manager, you can analyse functional and technical specifications to plan the implementation and feature deliverables. You will be responsible for understanding and detailing user requests, planning deliverables, and defining a deliverable strategy.

    You are responsible for informing your stakeholders about the progress of their activities and working with other teams to align priorities.

    You will manage a development team and will be responsible for assigning and planning their work with continuous deliverables and integrated with the Corp. Functions BA and QA Teams, as well as informing the PM team on project deliverables and milestones.

    As a manager within the organisation, you will use your knowledge to guide other developers to derive solutions and best practices and ensure the delivery has the customer in mind and is user-friendly. You will be working with functional and technical individuals to communicate effectively to achieve a delivery that meets the requirements.

    You will also be a coach, mentor, and people manager, leading the team to grow in their field and supporting them in fulfilling their career ambitions.

    As Delivery Manager, you will:

    • Leading technical resources to derive solutions based upon requirements and in line with best practice.
    • Building scalable and maintainable solutions
    • Delivering in an iterative approach within an agile framework.
    • Prioritising and sequencing work items.
    • Work with the team to estimate the effort required to deliver requirements and/or stories.
    • Troubleshooting failures, working with all parties to understand the underlying root cause.
    • Working with other stakeholders and end users in the software development lifecycle.
    • Identifying and raising risks and issues throughout the workstream lifecycle.
