What do we want to achieve together?

  • Develop BtoB sales over the phone throughout Portugal.
  • Develop an effective and relevant commercial pitch for our innovative services.
  • Manage the entire process (partner training, onboarding, retention, etc.).
  • Ensure sales followup and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Qualify leads through effective discovery conversations, understanding their business needs and challenges to determine if there is a strong alignment with our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Managers and the Sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales funnel for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead interactions and communications using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively communicate Infinit's value proposition to potential clients.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights from your prospecting efforts and contributing to the refinement of sales strategies.

What do you need to be successful in this role?:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar Sales Development Representative or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish, French, Italian, or Polish is a plus.
  • Proven ability to initiate conversations with potential clients and navigate initial objections to create meaningful interactions.
  • Selfmotivated and driven by results, with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
