We are recruiting a Commercial Call Center Operator – Outbound (M/F) for a prestigious company, in the Madeira Island area.

• Make initial contact with potential customers, presenting our product/service to them;
• Conclude sales proactively, maintaining an empathetic and professional tone to ensure the company's positive reputation;
• Ensure transparency in the communication of all information related to products/services;
• Collect all necessary information to facilitate the conclusion of the contract with the customer;
• Perform functions in the Recruitment area and provide support with the logistics when possible.

• Experience in Sales and Communications is an asset;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge in optical fibre.
