    Descrição da função:

    • Preparar as mesas (mise en place: toalhas, talheres, copos);
    • Acolher os clientes à entrada do restaurante e o seu acompanhamento à mesa, entregar Menu e proceder à anotação do pedido;
    • Fazer recomendações de cardápio, respondendo a perguntas e compartilhando informações adicionais com os clientes;
    • Servir os hóspedes de uma forma amável, oportuna e eficiente;
    • Levar pratos, copos e talheres sujos para a cozinha para limpeza;
    • Garantir comunicação bidirecional com a Cozinha para que o serviço seja eficaz;
    • Preparar as faturas dos serviços prestados, contabilizando os "pedidos" e cobrando a despesa ao cliente, por débito ou serviço de caixa;
    • Encaminhar sugestões, reclamações e elogios de clientes;
    • Oferecer uma excelente experiência ao cliente e ao hóspede.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiência profissional anterior na área de Alimentos e Bebidas;
    • Proficiência em Inglês e outras línguas;
    • Flexibilidade de horários;
    • Dinamismo, proatividade e prestação de altos níveis de serviço ao cliente;
    • Paixão pela hospitalidade;
    • Pontualidade e assiduidade;
    • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e atingir objetivos;
    • Espírito de equipa.
