Position Summary


As the Content Process Optimizer in our IMS Content Services team, you will have the opportunity to participate in global initiatives by identifying and mapping opportunities for productivity & business value, by capturing bottom-up ideas, benchmarking, replicating successes and mapping the processes leveraging methods, tools and technologies in Nestlé's Content Ecosystem, including automation.

Not only will you be responsible for estimate benefits & prioritize initiatives to maximize the impact of the resources invested, but you will also be involved in the global pipeline of initiatives & drive actions to achieve the targets defined.


A day in the life of...

  • Efficient and effective identification and mapping of opportunities to optimize and streamline Nestlé's Content Ecosystem and workflows.
  • Promote, track, control and challenge our Content Ecosystem initiatives, including automation initiatives by providing meaningful insights collected from the operational teams.
  • Support in the design of effective workflows built for efficiencies to have the best user journeys in our content ecosystem.
  • Perform local prioritization ensuring alignment with global initiatives providing regular project reporting and in constant contact with diverse teams (internal and external)
  • Execute all tests, report, and track eventual issues until their full resolution.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to the automation partners and ensure process changes are captured and implemented.
  • Capturing, digesting, and managing large volumes of data and transform into KPIs.
  • Consolidate and review the performance results using available data, dashboards, and reports for IMS Content Services.
  • Control and manage the escalation flow, supporting and challenging the operational teams for the proper resolution based on real rootcause analysis and issue solving.
  • Support operational teams updating best practices for production efficiency, accuracy and quality control and development process creating and sharing guidelines, best practices, and trainings within organization.
  • Leverage and capture Continuous Improvement potential through the usage of management routines such as the Operational Meetings and practices such as GSTD (Go See Think Do).
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of standard routines.

What will make you successful

  • E2E Content production experience of at least 4 years
  • Strong understanding of Content & Digital media landscape.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • User journeys and UX mindset.
  • Great knowledge of best practices for marketing operations, marketing automation, and content tech (i

e:
execution, delivery, storage).

  • Experience with tech platforms, process, and workflows.
  • Knowledge in digesting and managing large volumes of data.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methods.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
  • Analytical skills to drive the generation of insights.
  • Proficiency in leading and facilitating workshops and executive meetings.
  • Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written).
  • Power BI experience is plus.
