Job summary
The Global HRIS function at COFCO International is responsible for the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of global HCM technologies. The Global HRIS Specialist plays a key hands-on role in configuring maintaining and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems to support business and HR operations globally.
This role bridges the gap between business needs and system capabilities ensuring automation data integrity and scalability of HRIS solutions.
