Overhead Controller Junior to join our Finance and Control team. Your main mission will be to promote stakeholders' alignment by providing visibility on the necessary risks and opportunities assessment to manage Marketing and Other General Expenses (MOGEs & PFME). You will be also responsible to promote cost savings mindset and leverage digital tools to gain process efficiencies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OVERHEAD CONTROLLER JUNIOR

  • Support the business and top management by providing timely and highquality information on costing data;
  • Manage Period End Close and Dynamic Forecast processes ensuring accuracy;
  • Promote Stakeholders alignment and challenge Budget Owners;
  • Primary Costs and P&L analysis for actuals and assess risks and opportunities;
  • Promote efficiencies on costing budget process through Cost and People Forecast global tool;
  • Work closely with Business and Functions to look for continuous improvements and leverage Iberian approach;
  • Enhance Reporting and Data Analytics through digital solutions

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Degree/ Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance or similar;
  • At least 2 years' experience in Controlling, Accounting or Auditing in Big
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and policies
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI. Previous contact with SAP would be a plus
  • Advanced level of English
  • Excellent results and service orientation;
  • Strong planning and organisational skills;
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Critical sense and willingness to identify and solve problems;
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
