The Procurement Analyst Trainee role is part of a dynamic and integrated Finance function delivering operational Finance specialist services.

The intern will report directly to the Procurement Service Desk Manager and will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.

Role Description- Ensure all queries are logged, re-routed and resolved in a timely manner.- Ensuring adherence to procurement processes, policies & controls, aligned to the compliance framework, for all countries & business divisions in scope.- Responsible for ensuring compliance with agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Validate supplier master data requests and ensure they comply with agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Optimise service desk operations through utilisation of chat functionality, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and other service desk documentation for users.- Track procurement status from initiation through receipt, relaying status to customers and assisting with issue resolution as appropriate.

Role Requirements- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management or equivalent.- Be eligible for an IEFP Internship (mandatory).- Proficient in English (written and spoken).- Knowledge in Office tools (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
