We are looking for an E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time position to join our team in Porto.What we offer:

What you will do:
- Create and manage onsite promotion campaigns, including campaign setup, keyword targeting, audience segmentation in strict alignment with the Company strategy and each marketplace dynamics and promotional calendar
- Create personalised marketing campaigns within the marketplace based on customer behaviour
- Recommend product promotions or offers basis marketplace insights
- Manage and optimize online store: filter(s), navigation, search (SEO), structure by considering product group analyses and engagement
- Develop strategies and tactics to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales revenue
- Identify opportunities for product recommendations, crossselling, upselling, and product bundling
- Conduct keyword research and manage ad copy
- Increase conversion and visibly by strategically positioning products at the top of search results using sponsored product placement.
- Optimize ad placements and set competitive bids for SEA/CCP campaigns to maximize impact
- Monitor performance and adjust SEA/CCP bids to optimize performance
- Analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Based on data availability, share insights on product performance in campaigns with catalogue team for storefront
- Communicate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to align performance marketing strategies with overall business goals
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 23 years of working experience in E-Commerce
- Completed a relevant degree in eCommerce, Digital media, Computer Science/Engineering or Economics
- A deep passion for E-Commerce and a thorough understanding of eCommerce websites and business models
- Experience in working with fashion marketplaces is a plus, namely Zalando
- Ability to prioritize topics independently
- Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as French, Spanish or German
- Experience within the retail and fashion industry
- Experience within international environments, consultancies, or a startup environment
