- To develop and maintain existing software with Java Development;
- Be involved in monitoring the application through logs, indicators and other resources, in order to always maintain the good health of the application;
- Able to resolve technical problems assigned to him obtained during daily monitoring of the application and being proactive in resolving these problems;
- To contribute to refinement and implementation of solutions as part of an Agile SCRUM team;
- Attend Agile ceremonies and carry out duties as part of a cross functional Agile team to facilitate the success of Sprint objectives;
- Follow Agile software development best practice and ensure procedures are followed to ensure good governance around all aspects of the development lifecycle;
- Following the Change Control process for all developments and helping to maintain the stability of the production environment through this process.
- 4 to 8 years of work experience with Java, JAX-RS, Spring, Hibernate, Git, Maven, Jenkins;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- Experience in developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies;
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL;
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry;
- Certification in Java or related technologies;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Integration in an organization with profound and sustained growth and involvement in pioneering projects with innovative technological solutions;
- Strong IT training plans;
- Professional evolution with intervention in ambitious technological projects, both national and internationally.
