    it helps its customers to grow by implementing and strategising digital advertising campaigns on a range of platforms (google ads, social ads, programmatic, analytics, etc.).

    today, our agency is booming, offering many new and exciting opportunities. that's why we're looking for a head of trading europe to join our team.


    your core duties:

    • oversee the day-to-day delivery of our european trading team providing priorities, guidance and, mentorship to ensure they meet delivery and performance targets
    • execute campaign set up across various platforms, campaign performance monitoring, and optimizing strategies (60% of your time)
    • responsible for the outputs of the trading department for our business units (countries)
    • allocate trading resources depending on the business priorities and workload in each country
    • manage the relationship with external partners supplementing our team when business requires it
    • collaborate with head of cs/account managers to develop media trading strategies aligned with campaign goals and objectives of our tier 1 clients
    • contribute to improving our internal monitoring and reporting suite
    ● stay updated with industry trends: keeping abreast of industry trends, changes in advertising technologies, platform updates, and new tools to ensure the agency remains competitive and utilizes the latest advancements
