- Employee data management (from Onboarding totermination);
- Maintenance of Compensation and Benefits topics;
- Maintenance of the personnel relevant organizationalstructure (cost center, manager, organizational unit);
- Administration of time recording system and associatedactions;
- Provide support on the applications used;
- People Center - Support of employees' orders andenquiries;
- Manage time accounts, run routine reports,
- Supports the P&O Business Partners inadministrative tasks.
- University degree inPsychology, Human Resources or related fields;
- Fluent in English (written andspoken) is mandatory;
- Solid MS Office knowledge(Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Workday and SAP knowledge(strong plus);
- Team player, with a strongcustomer focus, results and quality orientation;
- Reliability, organization,autonomy and strong communication skills;
- Motivation and resilience;
- Flexibility, multitasking andproblem solving orientation;
- Capability to work in an Agileenvironment.
