We are looking for an HR Recruitment Analyst to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon

**Responsibilities - your mission
**We are now looking for a HR Recruitment Analyst to join our team in the GBS and help us find the best talent to join Airbus.

You will be part of the Recruitment Sourcing & Administration team.

Among our growing responsibilities, we support the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes in the UK, and manage referral schemes within Airbus core countries (UK, Spain, France and Germany).


Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Reporting:

  • Collect, structure, analyze, and report on recruitment processes and data;
  • Continuous improvement of existing reports and reporting processes;

General activities:

  • Support continuous improvement of the processes;
  • Provide data analysis reportings & surveys.

Recruitment:

  • Support administrative recruitment activities such as:
  • Support hiring managers and Early Careers team on the creation of job requisitions;
  • Support employee's referral programs;
  • Update and maintain the inhouse recruitment database;
  • Work closely with the Employment Marketing team to ensure the most relevant approach for advertising open positions on appropriate job boards, both internal and external, career websites and other approved Social media;
  • May involve participation at career fairs and HR marketing activities.
  • Previous experience with reporting and Human resources related activities;
  • Advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory;
  • English at Negotiation level is a must. Any other European language is a plus.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the usage of new tools, such as Workday, Data Studio, Appsheets, and others.
  • Bachelor Degree ideally related to Human Resources, Business or equivalent, but not essential.
  • Experience working in an international/multicultural environment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills: Think of different ways to improve processes and tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player but willing to take individual responsibility for their own perimeter.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
