As a Shipping & Warehouse Process Expert for oneSAP, you will be a core team member of the "Warehouse & Shipping" track within the global project to introduce SAP S/4 Hana. Your role will involve evaluating current procedures, supporting solution rollouts, driving required training and change management, and contributing to the development of a sustaining & operations community for oneSAP Warehouse and Shipping processes. You will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimizing the organization's Warehouse & Shipping processes, leveraging the latest SAP S/4 Hana capabilities and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.

In your new role, you will:

• Be a Core team member of the "Warehouse & Shipping" track within the global project to introduce SAP S/4 Hana
• Support the evaluation of current procedures considering the template design and manage related change requests
• Accompany and support the solution rollouts in various sites as per roll-out plan, including preparation, implementation, testing, and hypercare
• Support and drive required training and change management measurement
• Support to build up and drive a sustaining & operations community for oneSAP Warehouse and Shipping processes

Your excellent communication skills, combined with a structured and analytical approach to work, enable you to effectively convey ideas and insights while maintaining a methodical workflow. Moreover, your track record as a valuable team player highlights your ability to cultivate robust relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual support.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or similar field
• At least 3 years of experience in a role that requires an affinity for data, data quality & processes
• A proactive personality able to understand both the big picture and details;
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in international teams
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is mandatory
• Knowledge of the Infineon Supply Chain is an advantage
• Fluency in English
