About the job

FRESH is the new IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and timetomarket. FRESH is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group's transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.

FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences:
between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams.

FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT).

Fronting team located in Lisbon is in charge of administration and production support of accounting backoffice tools (input and control accounting tools), user support and tools availability communication towards users
In addition, the team will be the first level of support (Ticketing/Rerouting) for all Finance & Risk.
The Team:
Ensure follow the sun Business Support on the tool's usage and incidents.
Regular dialogue with Production reporting stakeholders.
Regular dialogue with Project stakeholders.
Your Main Activities Are
Work in a collaboration mode with all team members of Fronting team and the Team Leader;
Contribute, Create and maintain team meetings and deadlines for all team projects;
Contribute, Create and maintain management dashboards (KPI and others reporting);
Help the team in their recurrent tasks and controls.

Profile and Skills to Success

Educational background: Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint;
Fluent in English (B2 Level minimum) mandatory
Client care
Problem solving and action / change management oriented
Strong interpersonal communication (spoken and written) and Customer orientation skills
Proactive behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
At ease with multitasking
