MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Key Skills

  • Understanding of internet based research and data verification techniques and processes
  • Basic understanding of different social media platforms
  • Ability to handle sensitive and graphic contents
  • Ability to do research and make sound judgment with safety Policies and Procedures in mind
  • Ability to execute processes needed to ensure all processes are logged accurately and timely
  • Propensity to provide feedback and observations related to task at hand.

Education and/or Experience

  • At least Bachelor's degree
  • At least six months experience in the Business Process Outsourcing
  • 03 years of experience working as a content moderator role is mandatory
  • Proven interest in technology and how it is changing the world of work

  • Living in Lisbon area

Language Skills:


  • Average communication skills in English
  • Berlitz Proficiency in the French language
