- Criar processos para garantir os padrões de qualidade dos produtos;
- Garantir a qualidade do código desenvolvido pela equipa e a formação da equipa em tecnologia REACT;
- Medir performance da equipa, dar feedback e nas áreas que requerem melhoria;
- Estabelecer objetivos claros para os vários membros da equipa;
- Idealizar, desenvolver e implementar soluções tecnológicas alinhadas com a estratégia da empresa;
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com clientes e outros departamentos da empresa;
- Utilizar feedback dos clientes e outros para ajustar e melhorar os produtos;
- Rever requisitos dos projetos e oferecer recomendações de melhoria;
- Criação de tecnológicos para desenvolvimento e implementação;
- Manter-se atualizado com as tendências tecnológicas e aplicar esse conhecimento na tomada de decisões;
- Ser o embaixador da transformação do produto junto da equipa.
- Licenciatura em Informática, Informática de Gestão ou similar;
- Experiência de desenvolvimento de software (+ anos)
- Experiência prévia como tech lead ou em gestão de equipas;
- Conhecimento e experiência em infraestrutura em nuvem (AWS e/ou Azure)
- Conhecimento no desenvolvimento de aplicações Web nas tecnologias React, Angular, ou similar;
- Conhecimentos de Mobile Development;
- Experiência em negociação com fornecedores;
- Proatividade e espírito de iniciativa;
- Capacidade de análise e organização;
- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de trabalho em equipa;
- Atitude proativa na gestão dos riscos inerentes às atividades no seu dia-a-dia.
