- Test Management: Plan and manage environmental simulation testing to assess climatic, mechanical, and corrosive influences on products.
- Test Execution: Create test specifications and perform hardware and software tests throughout the development cycle.
- Quality Assurance in Lifecycle: Ensure effective quality maintenance and improvement during product changes across the lifecycle.
- Goal Achievement: Deliver on product quality objectives in line with schedule and compliance requirements.
- Process Improvement: Introduce new and improved methods for error prevention in product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Purchasing, and Production teams to align quality efforts.

- Educational Requirements: Successfully completed technical degree or technical training
- Work Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position and environment. Expertise in testing hardware and complex embedded software, ideally in the product development context at a manufacturing company.
- Tech Skills: Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
