Detalhes da Função:

Coordenar e articular a organização de todo o serviço e das equipas;
Gerir e supervisionar o aprovisionamento de stocks, bem como caixa e pagamentos;
Assegurar o conhecimento das especificidades do menu por parte de toda a equipa;
Respeitar e fazer cumprir os _standards _definidos para o conceito do espaço;
Assegurar o bom funcionamento do espaço;

Perfil e Requisitos:

Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes (preferencial);
Conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras (inglês requisito; outras línguas preferencial);
Capacidade de liderança e gestão de conflitos;
Forte orientação para o cliente;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e organização;
Facilidade na interação com as equipas;

- _Professional experience in similar functions (preferred);_
- _Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement; other languages - preferred);_
