What Youll Be Doing:

Respond to customer inquiries via free phone lines in Polish & English (as needed), providing friendly, efficient support.
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in our database, ensuring a seamless service experience.
Handle and resolve customer complaints following our clear escalation policies, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
Ensure all customer queries are resolved within agreed SLAs, providing quick and effective solutions.
Troubleshoot issues using open-ended questions, support materials, and your growing knowledge of our systems.
Offer solutions to frequent customer concerns and contribute to the improvement of our knowledge base.

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Polish, with a good level of English (B2 or higher).
A problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A team player who thrives in an international, collaborative environment.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential well provide all the training you need
