- Managing recruitment processes in the IT area;
- Managing and publishing adverts with opportunities;
- Sourcing and identifying candidates;
- Conducting interviews and preparing interview reports.Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
- At least 1 year's experience in recruiting IT profiles;
- Previous experience working for companies in the IT sector (will be valued);
- Experience with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn;
- Good teamwork and communication skills;
- Resilience;
- Good time management and multiple objectives;
- Dynamism and proactivity;
