About the roleWe are looking for an experienced professional in the BSS/CRM area, specifically in salesforce platform.The candidate will be a key element on our salesforce CRM offer, responsible to build our internal knowledge and delivery capacity on salesforce solutions, namely communications cloud.
Be our main architect on both pre-sales activities, and salesforce projects.As a part of your job, you will:
Carryout pre-sales processesSupport/coordinate poCs and demos (internally and with customers)
Create training materialsCarryout training sessionsCreate internal documentation (best practices, handbooks, etc.)People recruitmentLead salesforce architect on delivery projectsWhat are we looking for?TELCO industry experiencePre-sales experienceCRM solutions deliverySalesforce sales & serviceSalesforce communications cloud (including EPC/CPQ and order management)Salesforce CertifiedPersonal traits:
