Senior Data Analyst - Lisbon/Hybrid

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who will help analysing support trends and performance.
We will need to build models to assess efficiency and make data driven recommendations to improve the support experience.
Experience in assessing support organizations based on metrics is a welcome plus.
We need help with advanced data analysis tasks.
You will be working with diverse data sources mainly SQL, SQL Server Analysis Services, Kusto, and various text files.

You will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

Ability to extract, integrate, and manipulate data across disparate sources of varying technologies.
Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI, including data modelling, dashboard creation, and report generation.
Experience with data cleansing and transformation using PowerQuery M, DAX and SQL, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Great communication skills and confidence to present and explain your findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Experience creating concise visualizations and presentations to distill and convey key insights and recommendations.
Curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills to explore data and discover new opportunities for improvement.
