Your Role
As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, your role will be multifaceted and exciting. You'll be responsible for sourcing new candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Plus, you'll have the chance to utilise your Norwegian language skills on a daily basis.

The Recruitment Process
We like to keep things simple. Our recruitment process consists of two stages: New and Sourced. In the New stage, we'll be getting to know each other. We'll discuss your experience, your skills, and your aspirations. If we both feel that there's a good fit, we'll move onto the Sourced stage. Here, we'll delve deeper into your suitability for the role and discuss the next steps. We're hosting a recruitment day in Lisbon, Portugal on the 17th of February.
