THE ROLE


As a Fleet Operations Support Analyst, you will work in close cooperation with Field Operations, Logistics and Area Management teams throughout Indie Campers to ensure a fleet servicing machine and guarantee vehicle availability in a sustainable way.

This position will also be responsible for managing the implementation of fleet projects across specific across a cluster of various European countries.


You will need to define and follow-up key performance indicators and report on relevant areas of the Business Unit, including the key aspects of downtime, total costs of ownership and van-functionality.

You will be reporting to the Fleet Operations Support Team Lead.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Support Indie Campers Group by managing all fleetrelated activities on specific countries;
  • Daily followup and support of fleet interventions with our field ops teams and local suppliers;
  • Establish and maintain exceptional communication with depots and suppliers;
  • Monitor and approve all fleet interventions in specific countries, based on SLAs and preapproved cost matrices;
  • Keep outofservice vehicles to a minimum and minimize downtime;
  • Keep the operating platform and databases updated;
  • Contribute to the implementation of fleet related projects and fulfillment of established key improvement measures.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering or Business or experience/interest in the Fleet Industry (rentacar, fleet management, leasing company, auto workshop)
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • High levels of organization, planning, and adaptability;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Full English proficiency.
