Cofco International is looking for a dynamic person to join the Human Resources team as a Senior HR Specialist.


Responisbilities:

Payroll control and coordination;
Management of absences, overtime, business travel, vacation for payroll integration;
Follow-up on admin obligations with payroll provider and Finance department: work accidents insurance, social security, taxes and compensation funds payment related with payroll;
Liaise with payroll provider the preparation of the Annual Report "Relatório Único";
Declarations and work contracts emission / changes / terminations;
Performance management process follow-up;
Organisational communication;
Wellbeing & Engagement Plan;
Exit interviews / Offboarding;
Update employees information in HR system whenever needed;

Support to Barcelona'a Office:
Payroll, declarations, offboarding, Engagement & Wellbeing Plan)
Creation and organization of manuals whenever necessary;
Compliance with company policies and law requirements;
Participate in events organization.
HR project management (e.g. Inspiring Benefits, Flex Benefits, etc.)


What does it take to be successful in this role:
University degree in Human Resources or related areas
3-5 years of relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within SSC HR
Experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR (e.g. Success Factors)
Excellent level of English, Spanish will be a plus, both spoken and written
Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
Team playe
Strong customer focus and service minset
Resilience and excellent time management capability
