Agile Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Agile expert to drive the success of our project team. As an Agile Project Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile principles, and ensuring effective backlog management.

About the Role:

‣ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
‣ Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
‣ Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management. Ensure clear prioritization and maximum value delivery.
‣ Identify manage impediments (technical organizational or people-related) proactively.
‣ Promote Agile estimating planning practices aligned with team capacity delivery goals.
