- Estudar os produtos identificados e os respectivos processos para implementar melhorias e poupanças no custo dos produtos. Estudar a viabilidade e o ROI dos investimentos necessários para implementar as poupanças nos processos e nos produtos.
- Analisar e estudar os resultados dos KPI'S das operações (Lean Management_ Kaizen) para criar Planos de Acções e propor melhorias e investimentos Capex para aumentar a rentabilidade do processo e margens dos produtos. Criar e formar equipas de trabalho para implementar e controlar as diferentes ferramentas de organização do site, como, 5S, SMED, Kanban, etc.
- Estudar e projetar Layouts para os novos locais de produção do centro de montagem.
- Formação em Espanha para aprender os processos que serão transferidos para Portugal.
- Dar apoio às Operações na implantação do método AAPPAP, de modo a satisfazer os pedidos do grupo para o processo Powerhouse.
- Licenciatura em Engenharia de Gestão Industrial ou similar. Mestrado em Gestão da Melhoria Contínua.
- Nível médio de inglês (mínimo B1) e bom nível de espanhol.
- 1 ano de experiência na função, incluindo estágio.
