Your Role at Cluster as a Customer Service Representative:
- Provide exceptional customer service across European markets.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers through various channels.
- Turn customer complaints into smiles, ensuring continuous satisfaction.
- Handle requests, tickets, and orders as the goto person.
- Maintain a respectful and solutionoriented approach in all communications.
What We Expect From You:
- Excel in communication and teamwork.
- Bring a positive attitude, a customercentric approach, and proactivity.
- Thrive in delivering results independently and adapting in ad hoc situations.
- Are ambitious, value collaboration, and love sharing experiences.
- Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and hold a high school diploma or higher.
- Boast over 1 year of customer service experience.
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Danish (Dansk), German (Deutsch), Dutch (Nederlands), Italian (Italiano), Norwegian (Norsk), or Swedish (Svenska)
- Have a B2 level of English to ensure seamless communication.
