Position Description:

The support is provided from Lisbon, from 7.30am to 5.30pm, on week days - working on shift rotation mode. Presence is also required during national bank holidays.


Your future duties and responsibilities:


  • Finding a solution to solve the technical and functional issues raised or forwarding the issue to the appropriate team and followingup issue resolving;
  • Ensuring that a solution is provided within the appropriate timeframe depending on the issue's priority;
  • Coordinating and ensuring optimal communication between the different teams/stakeholders in your role as a single point of contact, including regular updates on the progress in case of blocking incidents;
  • Documenting issues raised by the users and identified as a bug;
  • Following up and taking action when necessary on the technical alert messages sent to the team's common mailbox;
  • Ensuring that the control tasks at the beginning of day and the daily feedback is performed
