Our client is a Multinational specializing in producing detailed collectible figures for fans of the Geek world.


Responsibilities

  • Expenses planning and financial support;
  • Perform monthend, quarterend and yearend closing activities, prepare journal entries, perform variance analysis;
  • Supports financial analysis and activities;
  • Responsible for invoicing and followup of accounts receivable;
  • Performs control validations (financial review of payments);
  • Responsible for all financial and accounting work required to ensure accounts payable and receivable are processed;
  • Completes internal controls, bank reconciliations, budget x realized and cost center;
  • Verify amount, payment terms and sales tax;
  • Responsible for all daily tasks in the financial area;
  • Support business planning and decisionmaking through financial analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or an equivalent field;
  • Experience of 1 to 2 years in the financial area;
  • Knowhow in accounting and tax related to export of equipment;
  • Knowhow in B2B and B2C business context;
  • Analytical ability and planning;
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory);
  • Native or fluent English (mandatory);
  • Dynamic, proactive and high sense of organization;
  • Multitasking;
