About the role


We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Book home consultations, ensuring efficiency;
  • Register and manage appointment requests;
  • Control and monitor home consultations activity in realtime;
  • Coordinate appointments with the triage team and doctors;
  • Provide feedback to other teams;
  • Ensure a positive experience for doctors, customers, and partners.

About you

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:

  • Graduation Degree;
  • You have previously worked in customer service;
  • Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
  • Good communication and argumentation skills;
  • Team spirit;
  • Fluency in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels of business;
  • Good level of English, spoken and written.
  • Availability for working in the afternoon shift (including weekends): 15h 20h

Nice to have:


  • Immediate availability to start functions;
  • Experience in the context of healthcare;
  • Previous experience in working with healthcare and insurance providers.
