APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
Funções
Gerir uma carteira de projetos de inovação: Garantir o planeamento, execução e acompanhamento dos projetos para desenvolver uma cultura de gestão de projetos alinhada com a estratégia da empresa
Gerir os materiais técnicos:
Nos segmentos sob a responsabilidade, garantir o processo de certificação de materiais sempre que necessário.
Participar nas reuniões de análise de reclamações:
Em conjunto com a área da qualidade, contribuir para a identificação de problemas e definição de planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.
Identificar a necessidade de ajustes de formulação:
Resultante de pedidos de clientes, reclamações ou necessidade de adaptação de materiais à especificação, e interagir com o Laboratório de I&D para efetuar os ajustes necessários.
Assegurar uma eficiente coordenação e interação:
Entre as operações, as equipas comerciais e o laboratório de I&D nas diferentes fases dos projetos de desenvolvimento e gestão de materiais técnicos.
Supervisionar e manter os processos e sistemas:
Relacionados com o ciclo de vida do projeto nas suas diferentes fases.
Perfil
Formação Superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Polímeros, Química ou de Materiais.
Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares.
Experiência em Gestão de Projetos e desenvolvimento do produto.
Conhecimentos avançados de inglês.
Competência em Microsoft Project considerada uma vantagem.
Orientação para os resultados, com boa gestão do tempo e organização do trabalho.
Boa capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento.
Resiliência, racionalidade, extroversão e ambição.
