Your profile:

Bachelor or Master's in Human Resources Management
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting
Experience in recruiting technical roles will be a plus
Fast learner with a structured working style and a high level of commitment
Motivated, team player and autonomous working style
Topnotch communicator
English professional domain

Your tasks:

Support and execute a professional and fast full cycle recruiting process (endtoend)
Come up with the best recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles
Assist our employees from all over the world to relocate to Lisbon and support them in their visa process, together with our local management partner
Help on building a strong employer branding strategy
