Your Profile

You are fluent in French.
Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit
Customeroriented mindset.
EU resident, or valid work permit.
Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not required.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies/procedures.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure that customers are supported at all times with the right insight information.
