Social Media
Manage and execute Zühlke's social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
Support brand, market unit, executive, and thought leadership content.
Support integrated digital campaigns across social, email, and paid channels.
Co-create and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, short-form video, social-first assets).
Turn campaigns into social-native stories that drive engagement and awareness.
Manage day-to-day community interactions, comments, and messages.
Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and brand safety.
Email Marketing
Plan and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, updates, and industry-specific communications.
Build and send campaigns in CRM tools, including audience setup, QA, and delivery.
Apply basic segmentation, personalisation, and testing to improve performance.
Track email performance and suggest improvements.
Performance & Paid Support
Support integrated digital campaigns across social, email, and paid channels.
Assist with retargeting and digital nurturing initiatives.
Collaborate with a paid media colleague on creative and audience testing.
Gradually build exposure to paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as a development opportunity.
Analytics & Collaboration
Track engagement and performance across social and email channels.
Contribute to simple monthly reports and insights.
Work closely with content, design, analytics, and local teams to align activities with business priorities and objectives.
Experience & Skills
1–3 years of experience in social media, email marketing, digital content, or similar roles.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Experience managing social media channels and/or email campaigns.
Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
interest or early exposure to paid media, analytics, or performance marketing.
Nice to have:
experience in the B2B industry and /or DACH region.
Nice to have:
understanding of German language
