ccounts Payable_Inglês (M/F) for a global company leader in the transportation and logistics business located in Algés/ Lisboa.

OB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsabilities are:
E
- nsure accounts reconciliations E
- nsure the account of manual payments as well as clearing operations; E
- nsure the booking of purchase invoices M
- anage payment incidents; I
- dentify and indicate deviations; M
- anage operational, day-to-day relationships with suppliers F
- ollow-up indicators related to suppliers' performance and quality.

EY SKILLS
P
- roven experience in Finance/Accounting positions (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus) at least 2 years minimum; A
- dvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and other relevant software; F
- luent in English and French (higher level his mandatory). I
