ENTER THE GAME
As an Esports Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth within the esports community.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
You will provide support and align the esports marketing strategy into local country needs and objectives. Additionally, you'll be the responsible of managing the relationship with the sponsored esports teams.YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your duties are:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Betclic's esports initiatives, including tournaments, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the content creation teams to produce highquality multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, and written articles, that resonate with esports enthusiasts.
- Manage and grow Betclic's presence on esportsspecific platforms and forums, such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit, through community engagement and strategic content distribution.
- Work with the Influence Marketing teams to identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, teams, and organizations within the esports ecosystem to expand Betclic's reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Oversee and manage the relationship with sponsored esports teams, ensuring alignment with country strategic objectives, brand values and maximizing mutual benefits.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and use datadriven insights to optimize campaigns, drive continuous improvement, and achieve KPIs.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

This job is for you if:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent demonstrated experience in marketing.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on esports, gaming, or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the esports or gaming space.
- Deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, including key players, trends, and fan communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Passion for gaming and esports, with a genuine interest in the culture and community surrounding competitive gaming.
- Organised and detailed oriented.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English.
- Microsoft Office.
- Another native language: French, Portuguese, Swedish & Polish
