About the job

As member of the AP/AR Invoice Booking and Re-Invoicing team, depending on your expertise your main activities will be to ensure correct booking of invoices

Your Main Activities Are

Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order)
Identify, complete and request missing information
Analyze and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
Issue outgoing invoices(order to cash)
Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan
Provide training to new joiners
Assist the management on the preparation of reporting documents
Participate in meetings with the management and / or costumers when needed
Participate on any Projects that may arise

Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor in Accountings, Economics, Business Management or related areas
Experience as Accounting Officer
Comfortable with tools such as SAP/Oracle, ERP System Application and Microsoft Office Pack
Strong SAP user experience as accounts payable with advanced knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable
Knowledge of VAT
Fluent in English
Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
Organizational skills and good attention to detail
Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers
Strong team spirit
Good communication skills (spoken & written)
Proactive attitude and problem solving
