We are currently working with a big Energy client helping them strengthen its Development team with a Senior SAP HRIS Analyst.

Your Mission:

Requirements:

5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations;
Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central and Compensation;
At least one project leading the Employee Central workstream for the FLC implementation, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service;
HRIS Project Manager Experience in Module implementation or Data Interface;
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred;
Employee Central Certification strongly preferred;
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written.

You need to live in Portugal or be ok with moving to Portugal
