- Youwill be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of cybersecurityin Healthineers factories
- Youwill act as a subject matter expert for OT Security topics as a member of theOT Security global team at Siemens Healthineers
- Leadthe design and improvement of OT Security services and processes in alignmentwith the OT Security Strategy and Industry standards such as NIST CybersecurityFramework and IEC 62443
- Supportthe Business in the deployment of cybersecurity solutions, services, andprocesses derived from the assessment, including:Deploymentof security tools adapted to the needs of each specific manufacturing locationOperationof security tools in alignment with the OT Security service requirementsSupportmanufacturing locations in analysing, understanding, and prioritizingvulnerabilities for remediation
- Supportin the team operation and coordination activities such as activity planning,procurement, etc.
- Developsecurity documentation as required (e.g.: manuals, best practices, etc.)
- Performsecurity architecture and documentation reviews for factory projects
- Assessand document the risk level and cybersecurity capabilities for manufacturinglocations
- Presentthe results of the assessment to the Business, and drive discussions regarding necessaryactions to be taken
- Documentthe progress and follow up on the status of the agreed remediation actions
- Actas a subject matter expert for OT Security

- You have a degree inComputer engineering, Industrial engineering, telecommunications or equivalent
- You have at least 3years of experience in Cybersecurity or 5 years of experience working in IT/OT
- You are knowledgeablein OT Security standards such as IEC 62443
- Desirable: You completedrelevant network related certifications or other Industry Certifications such asGICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 related certifications, or equivalent.
- Youhave experience working in international teams and/or environments
- Youare capable of leading and managing complex projects
- Youare a person who understands the Business needs as well as the technical risks,and proposes risk-oriented approaches, translating technical information tobusiness language.
- Youenjoy engaging with different teams and facilitating discussions to findsolutions that meet stakeholder's expectations.
- Youare a quick learner and have the aptitude to get into new technologies andarchitectures.
